There’s a new heat rising from the south. SKRAUSE has become an ineludible name not only in his hometown, but also now on a worldwide stage. Known for consistently smooth deliveries of heavy hitters, always served with salacious sides of melodic and minimal sounds, SKRAUSE proves time and again he can serve jam-packed crowds exactly what they’re craving. Originally from Texas, SKRAUSE grew up fascinated by the bubbling music scenes emerging near and far. From Southern rap to New York hip-hop beat makers to the present UK Bass scene, all providing a solid foundation for the path set before him.

Over the past five years, SKRAUSE has been enjoying tearing apart any packed dance floor presented. Seamless mixing and peak track selection seem to do the trick in standing out. The evidence is there, having supported some of his favorite artists including DJShadow, Mimosa, AraabMuzik, SALVA, Zeds Dead, 12th Planet, Kastle and many more. SKRAUSE also rang in 2012 as winner of the largest New Years Eve Music festival - Lights All Night DJ Contest in Dallas, TX.

Since then, he’s been dropping hot fire in his monthly mixes on Live For The Funk - keeping listeners all over the world coming back for that same swagged-out selection of the freshest in UK bass, techno, hip hop, trap, and juke. SKRAUSE’s ferocity in his craft as a DJ and producer has people from all over reaching for their collars, breaking a sweat.
